What is an AURA?

An Aura can be defined as the 'vibration' or 'energy' emanating from a person or object in the form of coloured light.
Everyone has an aura and the light patterns will vary from person to person depending on our moods, well being and health.
An individual's aura is not constant and if viewed throughout an average day - would change regularly.
It is also possible for someone else's energy especially if it's negative to have a detrimental effect on yours should the two come into contact.
An aura does not sit close to the body but radiates outwardly from it and can be as much as 18 inches from the surface of the body itself.

Most people will see the Aura in different ways; some will see it as an outline around the body with different layers of colours some will see it as a slight jumble of colours covering the person.
Some people will see an aura with their naked eyes whilst others need to close their eyes or blink whilst looking at the person or object.

When I do an Aura reading, dependent not only the person but on my own energies as well I can sometimes see it with my naked eye, sometimes I do have to blink or if there is a lot of 'negative' energy surrounding the person or myself I will sometimes need to completely close my eyes and focus on their image using my minds eye.

The same applies to the actual layout of the colours themselves.  Sometimes I will see them as an outline, or as a coloured jumble and indeed as diagonal segments running across the person in question.

Whichever way I do it or see it, the results will be the same.  I find that when I see the specific colours I get an idea of what they represent for that person at that time and will be able to determine facts and issues in that persons life by looking at their colours.

When I speak to someone about the colours that surround them during their reading, I will also be able to advise what their natural aura colours should be and give direction as to how to get the balance back.

I also have the ability to see 'dark' spots in an aura that indicate places of injury or hurt either mental or physical, past or present.

Warmest Regards,
